I don’t want to blame Pos Malaysia’s management, but I do hope.. soon Pos Malaysia will be more friendly user.
Until last week, I never cashout my Western Union at Pos Malaysia. As usual I will go to CIMB Bank. Just want to give myself a try to cashout the Western Union but it only make me feel stupid.
At CIMB Bank, their staff will photocopy my IC.. but at Pos Malaysia the staff said… “they did not provide photocopy for their client”. So we have to do it on our own..
Could you imagine, Kota Bharu city center a few days before Aidilfitri is damn so jammed. Almost impossible to park your car. By the way, it only 10cent my dear Pos Malaysia..and because of that 10cent you are loosing your customers.
Rather than looking for a place to photocopy my IC and then looking for a car park to return to Pos Malaysia, better to directly heading to CIMB Bank. Maybe I will be loyal to CIMB for Western Union until the day when Pos Malaysia do provide photocopy machine for their client.
EH, IT ONLY 10 sen! Is it worth to loose a customer for it, and see your customer heading to your competitor? Sure not worthy.







the staff are too complacent..
they just don’t care whether the customer will go to the competitor or not, what important is, there is a salary at the end of the month.
it is their policy lol..
